Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation or staying at our hotel.

Late Check-out Policy
Late check-out is available subject to availability and will be charged at RM 15.00 per hour or part thereof.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in.

• Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to room availability.
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required during check-in.
• Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in.
Payment Terms
• Payment is required at the time of check-in unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash, major credit cards, and bank transfers.
• A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon check-out, subject to room inspection.
• All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Additional charges for services, damages, or incidentals will be charged separately.
Tourism Tax (TTX) - For Foreign Guests
Mandatory Government Tax
In compliance with Malaysian government regulations, a Tourism Tax (TTX) of RM 10.00 per room, per night will be imposed on all foreign passport holders.
• This tax is collected by the hotel on behalf of the government and is not included in your room rate.
• The TTX will be added to your final bill and is payable upon check-in or check-out.
• Guests holding a valid MyKad (Malaysian NRIC) or MyPR Card (Permanent Resident) are exempted from this tax.
Booking & Reservations
• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Special requests (room preferences, etc.) cannot be guaranteed but will be accommodated when possible.
• Group bookings (10+ rooms) may be subject to different terms and conditions.
• Reservations made through third-party booking sites are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival may result in a one-night charge.
• No-shows will be charged for the full stay.
• Peak season and special event periods may have different cancellation policies.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Guest Conduct
• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner.
• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically designated as pet-friendly rooms.
• Maximum occupancy limits must be observed for safety and comfort.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate these terms.
Liability & Damages
• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.
• The hotel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.
• The hotel's liability is limited to the cost of accommodation for the affected period.
• Force majeure events are beyond the hotel's control and may affect services.
