"Clean & Cosy Hotel"
"Our 1st time here. Stayed for Hari Raya 2025. The hotel is surprisingly cosy and clean although no elevator. It also has an OOTD corner for Hari Raya. So nice! We had a great time taking photos and it looked like in a studio!"

"Nice hotel in good location"
"Clean, functional and comfortable (if slightly tiny) room, its proper sized bathroom a bit unusual in that it is a frosted glass partition with open ceiling. Great location close to marts, restaurants and laundrymats in the main shopping area of Benut. Right next to 99 makes it very convenient to get anything. Had a pleasant stay and will come again if there’s another trip to that side of Johor"

"Very good value for the price"
"Stayed one night at this hotel in April 2024 and loved everything about it. The only minor complaint is the room door closes with a bang if you don't hold it and let it close by itself. You can often hear random bangs of doors slamming from other rooms, at least at the floor where we were staying. It's more annoying at night definitely. The maintenance team should check and fix all the doors to make sure they close more softly."

"Staff is friendly. Place is comfortable but not soundproof. You can hear others guest is yelling at night. Nice, next to convenient store. Parking is easy but no lift. Overalls is good and nice."

"Good and Affordable Room"
"Booking the holidays CNY. Quite a good deal. Last minute, ask for a receptionist to change 1 room down because my mom was in the wheelchair. The Lucky hotel has a slope to access the wheel chairs entrance. Cosy rooms, the hotel provides free simple breakfast of Nasi Lemak & Kuih. Parking is easy, close to other shops with CCTV."
